India and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO)

India is the first choice for companies in the US and UK to outsource KPO Services. The primary reason being: India offers high-quality services at a cost-effective price. The KPO industry has been steadily growing over the past few years. In India, the KPO industry has claimed more than 250,000 jobs, cites a recent study. India has been able to attract a lot of KPO deals, because of several key factors.

India has a large talent pool of specialists, scientists, PhDs in different fields, engineers and an innumerable number of graduates and post-graduates.
